- The quoted price for the 3BHK Interior Offer is INR 6,51,000/-. However, please note that
prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional requirements or
customization may incur extra charges.
- A non-refundable booking amount is required to initiate the interior design project. The
remaining payment should be made as per the mutually agreed-upon payment schedule.
Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, or any other accepted mode of payment.
- Our team of experienced designers will work closely with you to understand your
requirements and preferences. The design process includes conceptualization, 2D/3D
visualization, material selection, and finalization of the design plan. The design will be
presented to you for approval before execution
- Once the design plan is approved, the execution phase will commence. The estimated
project completion time will be communicated to you beforehand, taking into account
factors such as the complexity of the design, availability of materials, and any unforeseen
circumstances. However, please note that timelines are approximate and may be subject to
change
- The materials used for the interior work will be of high quality and as per the specifications
mentioned in the offer. Any specific material or brand preferences should be communicated
at the beginning of the project. In case of unavailability or discontinuation of a particular
material, suitable alternatives will be proposed with your consent.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the site is ready for the execution of the
interior work. This includes ensuring proper electrical connections, plumbing provisions, and
any necessary civil work. Any delays or additional expenses arising due to unprepared sites
will be the client's responsibility
- . Any changes or modifications to the approved design plan during the execution phase may
incur additional costs. It is advisable to discuss and finalize all design details before the start
of the project to avoid any discrepancies
- We provide a warranty on the workmanship and materials used as per industry standards.
The warranty period may vary depending on the type of product or service. Any defects or
issues arising during the warranty period will be addressed and rectified by our team.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking amount and any expenses incurred
until that stage will be non-refundable. Any refunds or adjustments will be subject to the
sole discretion of the company.

caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government
regulations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
